The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend masks to help reduce the spread of germs and bacteria.

1. Cup mask in open hand and hold headband in the other. (If you wear glasses, remove before mask is put on.)

2. Bring mask up to face, pulling headband slightly over top of head.

3. Headband may be placed above or below the ears. Shape nose band to bridge of nose.

4. Discard after each use.

Note: Filtration efficiency is reduced after 8 hours of continuous use.

This mask is not a respirator. Wearing it will not protect you from contracting a contageious disease.

Do not use against toxic dusts, fumes, mists, gases, and vapors, such as asbestos, silica, cotton dust, or in spray painting.

For harmful substances, use government approved respirators.
