4 Ever Fit Caffeine Directions
Take a maximum of 1 tablet every 3 to 4 hours. Do not exceed more than 5 tablets in 24 hours.
Warnings
For occasional use only. Caffeine intake is not advisable in cases of pregnancy or high blood pressure. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as an average cup of coffee. Consumption of this product with other caffeine containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas etc.) is not recommended. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heart rate.
