"love this protein...it's like juice when mixed...way better than jugging down a thick shake before, during or after a intense workout....very refreshing...does get foamy if using a shaker bottle but if you let it sit for 5mins before drinking the foam goes down...overall the best protein i've ever used and its Cholesterol free!"
