Trocomare® is made according to the original recipe of the world famous Swiss naturopath Alfred Vogel. Fresh organically grown herbs are combined with natural sea salt from the salt marshes in Camargue, South France. This fine blend of ingredients then "steeps" for up to one year before the moisture is removed through a special vacuum process at low temperature. This steeping process infuses the full herb and vegetable flavor into the salt crystal.
Use Trocomare® in place of common table salt to enhance the flavor of your favorite dishes like salads, vegetables, beans, rice, pasta, chicken, fish or pizza. Keep a container of Tocomare® on your table and in your cupboard to create a delicious seasoning, Herbamare, for a milder flavor enhancement.
