A to B Calm Instant Calcium Magnesium Drink Powder Directions
Put one level teaspoon of Calm in one half cup of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Fill cup with cold water or juice, and drink.
For use as a Calcium supplement, use one heaping teaspoon, 362 mg Calcium, 70 mg Magnesium, two or three times per day, as needed.
