Take 2 capsules of TestoFX^™ 2 times daily on an empty stomach with 6-8 ounces of water. Take first serving 30 minutes prior to training and another serving 30 minutes before bed. For optimum results, TestFX^™should be cycled. Use TestoFX^™ for a minimum of 8 weeks followed by 2 weeks off.
