"Read about Beta Alanine being very worthy, the new creatine... but I lift heavy on bench press and can say that it helped in no way with low reps, or high reps or DOMS..."

"I have been taking Beta X for six weeks now and I have seen my stregth levels increase. I have increased my workout weights as well as my reps. It will give you an extra boost when doing those last 3 or 4 reps that you were not able to do before. I would recommend it. To get an added bost with this product take creatine the two work together well. It works for me and I am 45 years young."

"This suplement works for strength training. I dont notice much affect for cardio or energy. It will help you get an extra rep in when your going to failure. those last reps where you dont usually feel like you can complete it - now you can. I have been using this supplement for 3 months."
