"I use to take the older version with the ephrene, but this version has been a kicker. I take one pill pre-workout and I'm in blast-off mode. AST works for me."

AST Sports Science Dymetadrine Xtreme Directions

As a dietary supplement, take two capsules 45 minutes before your morning meal and two more capsules at mid-afternoon with 8 ounces of water. For extra energy, take two capsules with 8 ounces of water 45 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. For best results use in combination with a low-fat diet and exercise program.
