"This is the best type of cleanser for the colon. No cramping like the herbal products, but is extremely effective. Bowel movements are improved greatly after an extended cleansing period using the product. Start off with just a few and work your way up rather than taking larger doses at the outset. "I have been aware and have been using this product for 6 years. It has never changed and has been effective throughout all those years.Previous review is just a lack of experience using product and understanding of product. Plus it has fruit in the product so of course it would taste sweet. Ginseng is sweet also"
