Pour 1 cup of boiling water over tea bag, steep for 5 minutes or pour 2 cups of fresh water into Your Pot. Add 1 tea bag and boil it for more than 5 minutes. The longer You boil it, the better it tastes!
For a great taste, try it hot or cold, mixed with your favorite juice or healthy sweetener such as stevia or agave nectar. Red Tea can be used in baking and cooking. Substitute the liquid content in any recipe with an equal amount of ready made tea.
