"This seems like a great product. The size is better than a regular neti pot. Since you don't need much of the wash, it is the perfect size. However, I just "haven't gotten the hang" of it, yet. I am an "old dog" and very use to my neti pot. But I'm working on it. I'm giving it 5 stars because I'm the problem."

"I was looking for a travel neti pot, and got this instead. It is a very small plastic gadget that does not do what it's supposed to. Do not waste any money on this. Buy a regular neti pot instead..."

Alkalol Nasal Wash Cup Directions

Fill nasal wash cup with ALKALOL or a mixture of ALKALOL and warm water or saline. Place thumb over vent. Gently insert nozzle into nostril and elevate cup. Remove thumb, allowing ALKALOL to flow into nostril. Keep mouth open and avoid breathing through nose during use. If excess fluid runs into throat, it will do no harm. Use as often as needed. Consult a physician for further directions.
