"Evaluating nutrients is usually a subjective experience. Not so with ALL ONE! I have gained more energy. Not that I'm "blasting off" each day. Just a subtle increase. I used to look forward to my 30-minute nap each day around 5:00 p.m. Since taking ALL ONE for seniors, I frequently forget to take the nap at 5:00. I still take the nap but my energy level has increased. I also love the idea of reducing the number of "pills" I consume each day since ALL ONE duplicates many of those nutrients. Using a powder form nutrient has to be more effective than a tablet nutrient."
