"I needed a vitamin/mineral supplement that truly abosrbed. I have used this product for about 6 months and my body is healthier, my hair shines and I feel good. It is easy to take, but you might want to mix it in a juice for palatibility. It is also gluten free."

"Since my usual vitamins were out of stock I decided to try this on the recommendations which said it "mixes easily." Maybe this is from half blind seniors, I can't get it to mix at all. It is like trying to mix water and oil - not going to happen. I guess I will try sprinkling it on some food since it does not mix at all and I do not want to waste it."

"We LOVE this vitamin powder. It provides a days worth of complete vitamins in a convenient form which is tasty and efficatious. It is LOTS cheaper than trying to get these vitamins individually, and the best part is that you do not have to eat all of those pills at once!! I hate the pills. It's been a welcomed addition to our morning smoothy ritual.
