"I research and try many vitamins and fiber supplements, most I cannot tell if they are doing anything for me or not. But, this All One Totally Fiber is awesome and really works. I don't get it because there really isn't that high of a fiber count per serving but one serving a day keeps me regular which is super. Another plus is it is really easy to take, no taste and not gritty, I put it into my tea in the evenings and just stir before each sip. Really highly recommend this item which I am presently reordering."

"I take a scoop of fiber every morning in my "Superfoods Shake" and this is the best fiber I've found. One tsp gives me the fiber I need with no gritty texture. It also doesn't "poof" too quickly. Some fibers tend to thicken fast, making the shake too thick to drink."

"This really works, a tip is to let it dissolve a few minutes in liquid, I use orange juice, keep stirring and be patient. It will become consistency of thin cream of wheat and be very smooth. I tried to dissolve it too fast at first, must let it absorb liquid first, the taste is really good and the fiber has been helpful to my colon."
