Buffered Vitamin C provides macrominerals calcium, magnesium and potassium carbonates, which become mineral ascorbates in solution with a buffered, alkalinizing action (pH 6.8 in water).

Directions
As a dietary supplement, 1 heaping teaspoon or more in 8 to 12 ounces of liquid, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Two teaspoons supply approximately the recommended dietary allowances of calcium and magnesium.
