MSG, artificial colorings or flavorings are never added to our products. Please note: small amounts of MSG may occur naturally in autolyzed yeast.
Many Gourmet Reserves® entrees simply require adding hot or cold water and stirring. Entrees come with pre-measured spice packets to ensure the very best in taste and storage.
Oxygen absorbers are used with every can to seal in freshness and extend shelf life.
Gourmet Reserves® uses heavy gauge metal cans to guard against rust and moisture.

Storage Tips: Avoid storage places that experience temperature build up such as attics, garages or car trunks. Ideally, room temperature is best - the cooler the better.
Never store your reserves on the ground or concrete floors - moisture can build up inside the containers.
Store in a location(s) that is easily accessed for periodic inspections. Rotate your food supplies regularly.

AlpineAire Foods Gourmet Reserves® Texas BBQ Chicken with Beans Directions
- Open can and remove oxygen absorber and spice packets
- Reseal can with plastic lid (provided) and shake vigorously in order to re-distribute dry mix.
- Boil Two [2] cups of water in a pot or suitable container.
- Add One [1] spice packet and One [1] cup dry mix (Please note: combining One [1] Spice Packet and One [1] cup dry mix = Two [2] Servings)
- Stir well, cover and remove from heat.
- Allow to stand 15 minutes.
- Stir and serve.
- May be prepared hot or cold*.
- Cover can with plastic lid to preserve remaining unused mix (Product good for 90 days from time of opening (stored in a cool, dry environment).
*Cold water preparation will take up to two (2) hours to re-hydrate.
