"I have being taking 2 tabs/day and still have the same pains.
It crumbles very easily. Have to be kept in a VERY DRY enviroment otherwise it crumbles."

"this magnesium pill is the worst.........i keep my vitamins in a sectioned case, for ease of dispensing.......i take alot, everyday......well this magnesium is very hydroscopic and it sucked moisture from the air, other pill, whatever & it ended up with drops of H2O stuck to it & i kept it with other magnesium capsules & these capsulse ended up stuck to each other and everything was sticky and ripped the capsules open, when i tried to separate the caps...........this suppliment needs to b in a capsule with some sort of coating, that is air-tight.........i will b looking for some other form of the same thing.........."

"This product cannot be transferred to a pill box. It seems to absorb moisture from other pills or the air and completely disintegrates. So it has to be taken directly from the bottle at the time of use. Very inconvenient."

"This is a follow up review. I contacted Alta Health products and they advised this product can be taken either with food or on an empty stomach. I took this first of all on an empty stomach but did suffer a reaction so now ensure I take with food."
