Alter Eco Red Quinoa Directions
This nutritious quinoa is naturally fragrant and is perfect for a pilaf, tabouli or salad. For a colorful dish, mix this Red Quinoa with ALTER ECO Pearl and Black Quinoa.
Preparation
One cup of quinoa for 4 people
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and drain. Add one cup of quinoa to one and a half cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until all water has evaporated. Fluff with a fork.

For a more defined texture, sauté the quinoa in a tablespoon of ALTER ECO Olive Oil before adding water and cooking...voila a pilaf!
