"I find this product so-so, I have to honest. I have a hard time finding a contact for this company to ask how it is made so that I can get a better idea of the potency. I have tried better ones that were also more expensive, like Amazon Herb Company, and this one seems more diluted. The price is really good though so I guess you get what you pay for and it depends what benefits you want from Sangre."
