"PRoduct is great...but it is not 13 oz so don't be surprised. It is actually 11.5 oz...that is the only beef...otherwise, great product and very good price."

Use one spoonful of Yacon Syrup any way you would normally use honey, maple syrup or molasses. Yacon imparts a fruity, honey-like flavor to most foods or baked goods. Use in place of honey or cooking, as a topping over yogurt, cereal or to sweeten juices and smoothies. Please keep refrigerated after opening. Approximately 100 servings.
