Directions
On exercise days take ¼ to ½ teaspoon on an empty stomach prior to exercise and again prior to bed. On non-exercise days take ½ to 1 teaspoonful on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of fluid prior to bed, or as directed by your health care professional.
