Start with one capsule first thing in the morning for first two days before progressing to one to two(1-2) capsules one to two times (1-2) daily. Always take this capsule with food. Never exceed recommended dosages. Some people may find Stimulant X too Strong at first. If one capsule is too strong, skip a day, taking one every other day  until your body adapts, at which point you may increase to one per day. You will soon reach the point where Stimulant X delivers 8-12 hours of clean jitter-free energy.

Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects, including heart attack, and stroke. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensee qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. Individuals  who consume caffeine with this product any experience serious adverse health effects and those that are sensitive to the effects of caffeine should consult a Physician before consuming this product. Improper use of this product may be hazardous to a person's health. Do not use during strenuous activity in high temperature conditions (greater than 80 degrees F)
