Annie's Homegrown Organic Beef Stroganoff Directions

You Will Need:

• 1/2 lb. Ground Beef

• Milk (1 cup)

Stove Top Directions

Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, drain, and return to skillet.
Stir in 1 3/4 cups water, 1 cup milk and seasoning pouch contents. Mix thoroughly. Add pasta and mix again. Stir occasionally while bringing to a boil.
Once sauce is boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 11-13 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and uncover. Let sit about 2-3 minutes, sauce will thicken as it cools.

Annie Suggests: Stir in sauteed mushrooms and caramelized onions. Top with a dollop of our cream and a dusting of paprika.

Vegetarian Suggestions: Substitute pre-soaked and drained Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP) or vegetarian ground beef alternative. Substitute sauteed tofu cubes or crumbled seltan.
