In the 1920's, the Palace Hotel in San Francisco honored actor George Arliss, who was opening in a play called "The Green Goddess," with a salad dressing. But Annie's version - a creamy tahini and lemon dressing with chives and parsley is the real showstopper.

"Probably one of my favorit dressings ever invented. It doesn't get better than this. If you like garlic and or tahini sauce, this will be great. I don't ONLY use on salad, I eat it with everything (from celery dip to chips for dip, etc)."
