"I have used this product in the past. Although it is a bit expensive, I feel it makes a huge difference. My 12 year old son and 16 year old daughter use this as well. It was recommended to me by a nutritionist (who has her PHd in nutrition!) If you are an athlete or looking for something to give you a little more oxygen in your cells.... I would recommend this product!!"
