This tasty mixture of cracked wheat, steel cuts oats, rye and barley grits, plus the boost from flax seed makes a high fiber naturally delicious hot cereal!
Microwave:
1. Place ingredients in narrow, tall microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for the minutes indicated in the chart, or until desired consistency.
Stove Top:
1. Add 4 Grain Plus Flax cereal to water, bring to boil, stirring constantly.
2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until desired consistency.
