"We love this product. We love that it's organic. My kids now prefer this to rice. I like that it's a perfect protein. Leftovers are great with honey or maple syrup at breakfast, great for mixing in homemade bread, or feeding to the dogs. This never goes to waste at our house!"

"Quinoa is a great alternative to rice and it tastes very good. I was concerned about the complaints of bitterness, from reading a few of the reviews. But, there was no bitterness at all. It's a great side dish for my vegetable/mushroom stir fry."
