"This is the first time I've made Pumpernickel bread so my rating of 5 stars may be having excellent results with no other experience. I followed the recipe on the package of the Arrowhead Mills Organic Rye Flour, and could not be more pleased. Instead of using a loaf pan, I made a round loaf, then made a second round loaf with 1 pound of blanched, cooled and well drained raisins mixed in for a fantastic pumpernickel raisin bread."
