"I needed soy flour to make several recipes fro my low carb diet plan and it was very hard to find locally. I have only used it couple of times, but am satisfied so far sand I am greatful I can get it easily on line."

"I use this product exclusively for my lowcarb cooking. Recipes from both "Stella" and "Dana Carpenter" turn out wonderfully using this flour. That said, I believe the recipe has alot to do with the success of using this product, keep that in mind. Still, this is a great soy flour and a great price."

"I bought this to make some low-carb recipes from a food network, but have been disappointed. The recipe for blueberry muffins was OK, but anything like pizza dough just did not work out. I try to stay away from soy anyway, so this one was a bust."
