Arrowhead Mills Organic Whole Grain Amaranth Directions
1 cup Arrowhead Mills® Amaranth
3 cups cold water
Put amaranth and water in saucepan with lid. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Grains will absorb water and bind together.
Makes 3 cups.
