| Yellow Corn Grits | 1/4 cup | 1/2 cup | 1 cup |
| Water | 1 cup | 2 cups | 4 cups |
| Salt (optional) | dash | 1/4 tsp | 1/2 tsp |
| Microwave Times | 8 min | 12 min | 20 min |
Microwave (times may vary with microwave power):
1. Place ingredients in narrow, tall microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for the minutes above, or until desired consistency.
Stove Top:
1. Add Yellow Corn Grits to water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 5 minutes, or until desired consistency.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot seasoned with grated cheese, soy sauce, honey, herbs, spices or seasoning of choice.
