"This product is a little bland by itself, but with strawberries or bananas sliced on top and skim milk added, it makes a very nice light, low calorie meal. I love to enjoy it in the afternoon as a light snack."

"This cereal is great. I don't know why plain puffed corn can be so appealing, but it really is. The simplicity and quality are great, and I feel good eating something without artificial anything or additives. Eat it fast, though.... the thin plastic bag doesn't do much to keep it fresh for long."
