"Excellent substitute...
I was able to bake with this product many of the recipes I couldn’t do before. Before finding this product, I used flaxseed meal, almonds flour meal sometimes, etc but the flax had bad after taste and not a suitable substitute for most recipes while the almond flour is an excellent substitute, it is also not always the right one for the recipe.
It still has high carb contents, but if you are doing your last rungs on Atkins or in your maintenance phase; go for it. You may need to spoil a recipe or two to get to the right balance/amount you need; it is not 1:1 substitute."
