"This bar is a yummy treat but not worth it because it gives me and my son gas. I believe the gas is caused as a side effect of the artificial sweetener they use in this bar. I also hear from a lot of Atkins dieters that the bars can stall weight loss progress.

I'll snack on fruits and veggies instead."
