"My granddaughter swims at local Y. She is young, and has long, thick hair. Used to be tears and a fight to comb her hair afterwards. This shampoo has been a wonder!"

"This shampoo applies more like a conditioner - there is absolutely no lather, so just don't expect it. That was hard to adjust to, trying to make sure it got to all my long curls. My personal trick is to apply at the top, working into my scalp, then flip my hair forward (head upside down) and apply to the back of my head, working down to the ends. My hair ends up clean, soft and shiny, and I'm hoping my spine will become more supple in the process! And it DOES help keep the chlorine/salt/sweat effects down!"

"I purchased this shampoo because I am a swimmer. Although it does not really lather (my understanding is that the stuff in shampoos that causes lots of lather is bad for your hair,) it does clean well and leaves my hair incredibly soft. The smell is lovely and I now use this shampoo every day!"

"The reviews sounded wonderful, the product doesn't work. It's ingredients separate and there's not clear labeling about the need to shake it, the ingredients don't counteract the products used in pools, and it doesn't product suds, a clean smell, or any cleansing to speak of."

Shake well before using. Use immediately after swimming or exercising. Apply to wet hair, lather and rinse. Repeated if needed. Follow with Swimmer's Normalizing Conditioner.
