"solid product...might make you a little tingling the first few times but it just feels like oxygen is getting to the muscles, etc....also the only product of this amino acid type I could find that did not cause stomach upset...i would recommend accordingly (though note the capsules can break in shipment and therefore they will all get greasy but just means you have to wash your hands after taking, etc.)"
