"This product has had the subtle effect of increaing energy physically after taking two capsules daily for two months. I took this in combo with ThinkWell by the same company after reading on the Chopra website that it's beneficial for wellness. Chopra Center herbal handbook recommends Ashwagandha for increased vitallity, especially for men."
