This is workable but needs help, March 19, 2009

"Adding hot water is tricky because mixing must be done carefully to ensure that the long noodles are completely submerged. Otherwise, they don't get cooked. Flavor is a bit intense. A handful of fresh bean sprouts helped quite a bit."

Backpacker's Pantry Pad Thai Directions

Remove peanut and peanut butter packets and add to other ingredients. Add 2¼ cups (540 ml) of boiling water. Stir thoroughly making sure noodles are fully submerged. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.
