Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules before breakfast and if needed, 2 more capsules at mid-afternoon. Individuals weighing less than 150 pounds may wish to begin use by taking half of the recommended amount for the first week ( 1 capsule two times per day). Do not exceed recommended intake.
