"I purchased this item for my son who is 5, and the lemon flavor for the adults in my home. the lemon flavor was delicious and very easy to get down. The Fruit Punch flavor was so aweful that I threw the entie bottle away immediately. I can not imagine any child, let alone an adult, ingesting this voluntarily. Barlean's is a great brand I will continue to use their other products."
