"I am allergic to all grains...it is difficult to get good vitamins I can take and not react to...with other omega 3 or fish oil vitamins, I taste them all day nastily....I do not taste this one all day like others....this product tastes like a smoothie...it is GREAT. I have more energy. I feel better all day after taking it. I notice the difference if I miss a day. Great product!!!"
