Barlean's Lignan Omega Twin Directions
SUGGESTED USE: 1-2 Tbsp. daily. Can be taken straight or mixed into salad dressings, yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese or blended beverages. Refrigerate for quality. Freezing will extend shelf life up to one year.
