"I was in a search to replace a similar brush that my husband was using. A wood bristle brush that I had received in a spa gift set. I could not find any in stores so came to the internet. The first brush of this type I came across was about $45. I kept searching and found this one. Decided to buy one for him, one for myself and one for my Mom who is 80 and exeperincing thinning hair. All three of us love it. Great for your scalp and gentle to you hair. Pricing here was unbelievably terrific!"

"Pretty much any wood bristled brush is your best hair care tool. Wood helps evenly distribute hair care products and natural oils, as well as detangling hair without breakage, or at least as much breakage. With naturally curly hair, I find that wood bristled brushes detangle my faster and painlessly. I've owned many wood bristled brushes and this brand I would say is pretty good, and you can buy better brands, or better quality, for more money. I use this one in the shower after conditioning, and when blow drying to help distribute oils more evenly."
