As a dietary supplement, take four (4) capsules two (2) times daily with a full glass of water or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Use Complete La Femme Breast & Balance for approximately three to six months or longer. This product can be used in conjunction with Complete La Femme Breast & Balance Lotion.
