"I gifted myself with a box of this for Christmas having read about it previously. No kidding, you really can replace it in any recipe with no odd flavors or textures. My only complaint is that it, like so many other GF products is so expensive. Although, the flour tortillas I made from the recipe on their website makes up for it big time."
