Ruth Campbell Bigelow was sick of bland, boring tea. After mimicking a colonial recipe she'd found, using orange peel and herbs to spice up taste, she shared her tea creation with friends—who said it had caused constant comments from those who'd tried it. This is how the now-famous Bigelow Tea "Constant Comment" was born.
