Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing or if you are hypersensitive to glucomannan. Consult with your physician or a licensed health care professional before taking this product if you have any medical condition, if you are taking any medication, and before starting any diet or exercise program. The recommended dose of this product contains herbal caffeine and synthetic sources. Limit use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart beat. Individuals who are at risk of or who suffer from weakened cardiovascular systems, renal diseases, thyroid hyper function, spasms, and/or psychiatric, panic or anxiety disorders should consult a physician before use. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus. Do not take this product if you have nasal or throat congestion, difficulty in swallowing, narrowing of the esophagus, or an intestinal obstruction. Do not take this product if you have ever experienced any difficulty in swallowing pills. If you experience difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any side effects.
