Directions
Take 2 capsules with at least 8 fluid ounces (a full glass) of water approximately 1 hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Warnings
DO NOT EXCEED A TOTAL OF 6 CAPSULES PER DAY. This product contains 180 mg of caffeine per dose and should not be taken after 6 pm to avoid sleep disturbances.

Do not take this product if you have nasal or throat congestion, difficulty in swallowing, narrowing of the esophagus, or an intestinal obstruction. Do not take this product if you have ever experienced any difficulty in swallowing pills. If you experience difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any side effects.
