"I am not sure if its really working- I exercise a lot so I may not totally realize the effect of the blocker but I guess I haven't gained anything so I guess its working. I don't eat a ton of carbs to begin with and I run 2 miles a day, bike 2 miles a day and do and hour of weights every day - so I guess its blocking the really bad ones i eat."
