"If you are looking for a good performance booster, then this product is for you. But if you are actually looking for something that will help you with sustained muscle gains, then this product is NOT for you. The key ingredient here TT (Tribulus terrestris) will help with boosting testosterone and test precursors, but it's not a long term solution. You would need to buy about 10 other supplements to make up for what is lacking in this complex. Mind you, the gains would come if you use this and increase protein intake, but you would be doing your body an injustice by not adding a recovery supplement too. You could add this product to your arsenal, but you will need to read up on what is nessecary for protein transport and recovery to make this a truly effective supplement."

Biotest Tribex Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one or two tablets in the morning and one or two tablets six to eight hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water. Do not exceed six tablets in any 24-hour period and do not exceed cycling guidelines. Important cycling information: Use in cycles that include five days on and two days off per week. Cycling Example A: Take four days on and one day off, followed by three days on and one day off, repeat (4/1, 3/1; 4/1, 3/1...). Cycling Example B: Take five days on followed by two days off, repeat (5/2; 5/2...). Allow up to four weeks to attain full effects.
