Boiron Quietude® Directions

Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age or older, take 1 dose (2 tablets) in the evening and at bedtime. Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth.

Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor.

Warnings
Ask a doctor before use in children under 12 years of age.
Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist continuously for more than 2 weeks or worsen.
Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying illness.
